1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the CloudMiner Pro mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

2. Cloud Mining Service

2.1 Service Nature

• All cryptocurrency mining operations are conducted exclusively on remote cloud servers.
• The App solely provides real-time displays of mining status and results.
• No mining operations are performed on user devices.
• Device resources including CPU, GPU, battery and network are never utilized for mining activities.

2.2 Earnings Disclaimer

• Cryptocurrency mining involves inherent financial risks, and profits are not guaranteed. Please conduct adequate research and only invest funds that you can afford to lose.
• Actual earnings are subject to fluctuations based on:
  • Cryptocurrency market volatility
  • Cloud server operational availability
  • Blockchain network stability

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Plans

CloudMiner Pro provides auto-renewable subscription services: Mining Contract priced from $4.99 to $199.99 per month.

3.3 Billing & Renewal

• Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription term.

3.4 How to Manage

1. Open your iPhone Settings
2. Tap your [Apple ID] → Subscriptions
3. Select CloudMiner Pro to manage or modify your subscription

3.5 Free Trials (If Applicable)

• Limited-time free trials may be offered at our discretion.
• Unused free trial periods will automatically convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial expires.
• You may cancel your trial at any time to avoid future charges.

3.6 Refund Policy

• All purchases are final unless refund is mandatory by applicable law.
• All refund requests must be processed through Apple Support: https://support.apple.com/billing

By subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms.

4. License and Restrictions

• Install and use the App on your legally authorized devices.

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• Create derivative works or modified versions of the App.

5. User Responsibilities

• Jailbroken or rooted devices are not supported and may cause service disruptions.

• We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8.2 Upon Termination

• All licensed rights granted to you will be immediately revoked.
• You are required to uninstall and delete the App from all your devices.

9. Changes to Terms

• Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• We will notify you of material changes via in-app notifications or email (for registered users).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
